Are the sites you design consistent with current web standards?
Our designers keep abreast of current trends and web standards; we are committed to producing web sites that fit the current W3C guidelines. We also believe your web site should load quickly, have navigation and styles that can easily be updated, and use leading technology.
Are you local to the Midwest?
We are located in Omaha, NE but have done work for businesses in Kansas, Iowa and Missouri as well as across Nebraska.
Are you a fly-by-night?
We are a self-supporting outreach of the University of Nebraska at Omaha. We’ve been around for a while and have no intention of quitting business any time soon. The University wouldn’t like it.
Will you teach me to keep up the site?
Our designers are also classroom trainers, with many years of teaching experience. We’ll teach you as much as you want to know. When we design your site, we can also make it easier for you to update.
Will you do the upkeep if I don’t want to mess with it?
We offer support packages that will allow from one hour to eight hours per month of site maintenance so we can keep new items on your site.
Can my site have Flash or Fireworks?
We have experts in creating animations with Flash or Fireworks.
Can I add features (such as a shopping cart) later?
Sure. It’s best if we know that before we design the site, but because we always design for future expansion, it’s no problem.
Will there be a living, breathing, English-speaking person I can call if I have a question?
We are just a phone call away. We all grew up in Nebraska and Iowa and have lovely Midwestern accents.
Can you help with other technology, like databases or Java, that I might need?
We have people that specialize in databases and Java programming. They look for ways to apply their knowledge and so would be happy to help with your site.
Can you help with establishing a corporate identity?
Corporate identity is more than creating a logo (although we have designed logos, too). We can help you decide what corporate identity you want.
